Assistant to CEO

Job Description

WYL has an immediate need for a creative, Assistant with a positive attitude, who will work closely with the CEO of the company and assist with day-to-day company responsibilities. In this role, the Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support across scheduling, correspondance, administrative, and design functions. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is an exceptional multitasker and very detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents. Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.
  • Will help plan and attend company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects
  • Must be able to adhere to sensitive deadlines, maintain confidential materials and work independently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage orders for sales and marketing materials and process invoices
  • Be available to run small errands in order to maintain organizational flow
  • Partner and work closely with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization

Qualifications

  • Some College or Equivalent of Work Experience
  • Minimum two years relevant experience in business, management, or related field preferred
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated over achiever with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to take instruction to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (i.e., Gmail, Google Docs) and video conferencing tools
